Bareback Porn

The topic is bareback porn... not the pre-condom classics of the 70s and early 80s... modern bareback porn in the age of HIV.

Do you watch it? Who's watching it?
Is it hot? not? Is it just a movie or is it much more?
In the age of HIV is it responsible? reckless?
Does a man's HIV status change his perspective?

Let's hear what you have to say.

i'll admit i have 2 bareback dvd's purchased because of favorite cast members. i'm totally AGAINST barebacking and think it's totally irresponsible and reckless - i can't understand why anyone would take such a devastating risk. perhaps the man's HIV status does change his perspective - it's the only explination i can understand. watching it isn't hot for me knowing full well the risks involved. risks that could be easily avoided.

I would much prefer watching sexy men being safer, than playing Russian roulette.
We lost far too many sexy men already!

I like john have a couple of bareback dvd's for the hot cast members in them but i don't really get turned on by these guys going bareback, not all guys out there inform the other person of their status and i believe that so many peple out there now think it is cool to go bareback but the risk involved i think are still too high we should all remember there still is no cure for the HIV strand or for the aids virus. By all means i'm not saying that people should not do it i believe it is an individuals choice to go bareback or not but we need more awareness on the fact that going bareback has certain consequences involved and you should be aware of what they are before you go and make the choice to do it!

I have a few friends who have recently come out or are looking at having sex and have no idea about what aids or hiv really are i recently had a friend send me a txt msg asking what the difference between hiv an aids was because he had been having un-protected sex with his partner on a regular basis for sometime now and he was cncerned that he may have contracted the disease as a result of his actions, i belive that schools these days need to teach more classes about this problem that seems to be back on the increase i remember what it was like during the original outbreak and don't wish for anyone to have to go through this ordeal again.

Please help and educate our youngsters into knowing what the concequences are and how important it is for them to know what it is that they could be ding to themselves or to othersaround them.

I have to admit that i like watching bareback porn. (I can hear the crowd hiss) i also watch condom porn, but find bareback much more of a turn on...why? im not sure.(is it more intimate? i feel sometimes it is) Ive only barebacked with my partner of 17 years and we are both hiv-...its just so sad that we have to have a forum like this...i wasnt old enough for the free wheeling days of the late 70's...(thank god in hind site)but i cant help thinking where we would be without hiv.
dont get me wrong...i advocate safe sex and condoms...i just cant apologize for liking bareback.

The majority of performers in gay porn, in hetero porn too, do not use condoms in their private lives. So don't think that just because you don't see it that it does not go on constantly.

When they get away from the set and cameras there is not a condom in sight. I've been in the industry for years and see it all the time.

Do you watch it? fuck no
Who's watching it? unfortunately alot of people
Is it hot? in my mind no its not a fantasy of mine
Is it just a movie or is it much more? i think its a statement of ignorance
In the age of HIV is it responsible? not at all its adding fuel to a fire that is causing an epidemic
Does a man's HIV status change his perspective? im a negative man and to me especially since im in the business i sit back and i think to myself wow i wonder how many people here are being infected with how many diseases, and that is what honestly goes through my head so its an extreme turn off

i think after reviewing alot of these posts that education is going to be the winning factor in this war, and the cold hard facts and statistics need to be exposed and the schools and public services need to push this issue harder. and at an earlier age
i have seen alot of people go down because of drugs, disease and random stupidity but almost all these things are avoidable.
you only get one life so value it and protect it, because nobody else will

One of the biggest issues I have is knowing which studios and stars/performers are pro condom ... in the sea of amateur and proffessional studios and production houses being intertwined it sometimes hard to tell. As a pastor and the editor of a local gay blog I try to only promote a pro condom message and sometimes that information, as far as the studio or production house goes, is left out of the details.

I will be adding you guys over the weekend to my blog site
F6 Queer Views Of Life Along Our Three Rivers http://frfozybearftwin.blogspot.com/ .

Keep up thew good work!

I have watched bareback porn. It can be hot, and it can be not hot.. depending on the skills of the performers, just the same as condom-wrapped performers.

I think the thrill of doing something nasty/dangerous is going to be titillating for a section of the population, and porn gives a method of seeing new/interesting sex acts. Watching bareback porn isn't necessarily going to make someone go out and have unprotected sex. I don't buy "The TV made me do it" excuse.

I think that everyone has to take responsibility for his own body, his own health. Although I wouldn't bareback outside of a committed, monogamous relationship (with HUGE trust and commitment), I wouldn't feel comfortable telling anyone else what to do in their own sex life. That's what being grown up is -- taking responsibility for one's own actions.

Same thing goes for the actors. As far as I know, no-one is forced to perform condom-free.

What I always thought was sexy about porn was the attractiveness of the models and how they interacted with each other in the scene. I am not a huge fan of "penetration shots". For that reason bareback porn isn't a turn on. Watching a dick slide in and out of a butt hole over and over and over again gets dull after awhile, wether or not it's wrapped in a condom or not. Models shouldn't risk their lives by doing bareback porn just because some viewers want to see "penetration shots" with no condoms. Their health and well being are more important than someone's fetish.
